Cement blocks have become an inevitable part of modern masonry. The world of architecture has recognized cement blocks as a reliable substitute for conventional building blocks. Cement blocks are in different sizes that can suit the requirements of the builder. It eliminates plastering as well as rendering and reduces dead load of structure. Blocks are currently used for almost all masonry purposes. From compound walls, tiny structures to heavy buildings. The material is fire-resistant and has better sound prevention qualities. What makes cement blocks flourish in this part of the globe is the availability of raw material. .

The raw materials for Cement Blocks are cement, granite chips, sand or quarry powder and water. The standard ratio of cement, sand and granite chips is 1:4:9. After mixing, the compound is transferred by wheel barrows to the moulds that is coupled with Egg laying type Hydraulic Block Making Machine and subjected to vibration. Then after compound is pressed by using 3 Hp hydraulic press. Once the brick is ready, the machine moves to the next position for next production by leaving the set of blocks on the yard. The next day it is transferred to storing area for water curing. It requires 4 to 5 days of curing for blocks to give maximum effect. The machine can produce Solid blocks, Hollow blocks as well as Interlock Pavers by changing the moulds. To watch production process visit our website www.novaind.net
